DISHONESTY BY BRAND CONTAINERS (PTY) LTD

Our Company on 2 April rep**** to an advert by Brand Containers and ordered two 12m containers from them. They requested 50% deposit paid upfront and the balance upon delivery. We paid the R23,000.00 deposit. They then insisted that we pay the balance immediately before delivery. This was NOT the agreement and we requested that they change their invoice to read one container only, for which they had received the full amount. They refused to do this. They do not reply to our messages and phone calls and only rep**** today 24 April 2020 that they want us to pay the full amount for both containers. This is going back on their agreement with us which was done by Patrick on WhatsApp. This is total dishonesty. They have our money and now say that they will refund it but this remains to be seen.
