Bramma Construction cc - Unacceptable After Sales Service

After numerous emails and telephone calls to the builder, Bramma Contruction cc Registration Number : ***, items on the “Snag List” for repairs, aswell as contractual obligations are outstanding since moving into the property on 8/11/2015.

I have emails available to show the communication with the builder. I unfortunately did not keep track of all the phone calls to the building.

The following items are problems with are not being addressed : 1. Sewerage. Toilet smells, blocked drains, **** coming up into showers. Constant problem! 2. Downpipe running directly into drain. No Gully. Nonstandard. 3. Cracks in the walls. Both hairline and larger cracks. Aswell as plaster work coming off the walls. 4. Sunken paving. Fixed by owner. 5. Precast wall sagging. 6. House number not supp**** as per contract. 7. Waterpipes noisy. Saddles bought by owner to try an prevent the problem. 8. Garage Door Motor not strong enough to handle the door. Owner called out contractor to fix the door on 3 different occasions. Motor needs to be replaced. 9. Kitchen counter top broke loose at joint due to non-levelling of cupboard. 10. Kitchen overhead light box is coming loose off the ceiling. 11. Braai light not functional. Suspect no cabling done. Light switch missing. 12. Braai door cannot close due to un-levelled plastering. Also not rust treated. 13. Down-lights quality poor. Keep have to replace downlights and fittings. 14. Garage wall on boundary wall not plastered. Wall is wet and all the tools in the cupboard inside the garage rusted. 15. Silicon in the showers not done properly. Fixed by builder. 16. Pool leaking. Builder send contractor, who wanted to charge me to fix the problem. Independent contractor quoted R13,000.00 to repair. 17. Grouting not done in some places. 18. Crack tile on Kitchen Wall.
