Pathetic useless service.

Worst service ever!!!!! I have never encountered such pathetic customer service at the store, i was asked to submit liquor license and id copy so that they can register me for bulk. Provided all the necessary documents but still nothing. Then i was told my bulk ordering is now active by Noluthando, only find out its not, then later find out on the system they have Makis place and Makies place, which has nothing to what was given to the person who was capturing. Now tlday they tell me to resend documents , i do that, then i am told i am appearing as Makies Place.
