Bramley Safety ********** Service

We purchased a large quantity of rainsuits from Bramley Safety (bramleysafety.co.za) out of which we had approximately 50% comebacks within 2 days of use. The waterproof lining of some of the suits literally cracked and disintegrated upon wearing the suits once or twice in rainy weather. After sending a query with photos to their sales team the matter was escalated to their Managing Director who simply commented that we have to "endure" because their findings, without any inspection other than the photos, is that it is not a quality fault, but because of wear and tear from misuse of our employees. There was no interest in helping us to achieve a mutual solution. This level of service is atrocious, and we will not be doing any business with them again, nor recommend their services or poor-quality products to anyone.
