Don't judge a book by its cover!

Be very careful when renting from them, they own a lot of places in Edenvale, The Habitat, The Hive, The Co**** to name a few, they with held our deposit and another tenant's that moved out in January for 24 days, which is more than the legal time allowed of 21 days, gave us no feedback regarding the costs up to the last day (day 24) and then took 20% of the deposit(which is 2 months by the way) to renovate a unit that never even had a nail in the wall. They do construction so you can't even contest as they generate their own invoices and receipts for repairs. I will NEVER recommend them to anyone.
