Bramante Properties- Be Careful!

Please think twice before considering renting from Bramante Properties. After being their paying Client for over 2 years, to a simple queries they are responding with the lawyers letters. They force you to utilize their OWN garden services (which you have to pay monthly for ), once you moved out of the property they charge you for "Grass Reconstruction" which will be taking off your deposit without any explanation, meaning tenant is liable for a "Nice looking Garden" for a next tenant and has to pay for poor services of their own gardener. Forget about getting your deposit back on time as stipulated in a contract and they will take 30 to 40% of your deposit funds for renovations and cleaning. From what i understand they use your deposit money to fix up a place fully for a new tenant to save themselves running cost. Terrible Company with the Poor management!
