Worst airport ever

Dear Brahm Fischer Airport Management,

I am writing to formally express my severe dissatisfaction with the service I encountered during my recent visit to Brahm Fischer Airport in Bloemfontein. On 1 August 2024, I experienced a series of unacceptable incidents during the boarding process that need immediate attention.

Firstly, the conduct of your staff was profoundly unprofessional and rude. Their demeanor was dismissive and discourteous, which significantly contributed to a stressful and unpleasant experience. Such behavior is entirely unacceptable and falls far below the standards one expects at any reputable airport.

Furthermore, I was appalled by the way my hand luggage was handled. The staff showed a total lack of respect and care when handling my belongings. My luggage was roughly grabbed and tossed around without any consideration for its contents. This negligence is not only disheartening but also raises serious concerns about the safety and security of passengers' property.

I expect a thorough investigation into these matters and a detailed response outlining the steps that will be taken to address these issues. Ensuring that staff are trained to provide respectful and professional service and handling passenger belongings with care should be a top priority.
