I'll treatment at Bramfischer Airport

On or about 22 January 2024 at 18h20, I lawfully entered the premises of the Bloemfontein Airport with an intention of picking up my friend and while waiting inside the premises, I got confronted by 3 men who 1. Intimidated me, 2. interrogated rudely 3. Taken the pictures of my vehicle without my consent. 4. Interrogated and compelled my friend to come of the vehicle and answer their questions, and 5. Told me that I'm not allowed to fetch someone from the Airport premises.

Kindly advise as to whether is this how your clients have to be treated and is this what you commend.

Kindly take remedial action/steps to ensure that this kind of I'll treatment is puted to the end, failing which you will lose lot of customers because every customer wish to feel safe and enjoy your services without fear.

I believe that the 3 men were coming from the shuttle service vehicles that are parked inside the airport but for assurance, cctv footage can be consulted.
