Bad client services

I found out at Toyota mossel bay witch place would be the best to help with my brake problem. So Toyota Mossel bay sent me to brake and clutch service ( the owner name is Riley)were i can find experince advice on the brakes of my vehicle. This person was very rude and did not want to help me with my brake problem and told me that i must go to an other place. It is very poor service do not go to that place they do not want to help you there.
