unreliable grading system

My son signed up with brainline the beginning of 2015, thinking home schooling with brainline will be the answer for my son's education. My ex-husband paid the registration and the correspondence was sent to me, in the pack we received was a cd rom and an exercise book for his EGD, Up until this day no one at brainline contacted us to find out if we receive the package or if we needed help setting up nothing what so ever, We had to figure everything out ourselves with no help at all, and when you do phone the call centre they either don't answer there phones or they take about 15 minutes to answer a call, their call centre agents are not of the most polite or helpful at all. My son received his final report in December and it showed that two of his engilish papers where not yet marked but they issued the report, I contacted them via an email that we found on the site [Email Removed] I sent an email a woman coleen responded to my email not any help cause she does not have access to the database, then received a email from Fred, and he said he will refer the matter to the head of the English department, i need a report to enrol my son in a proper school. still no response.
