Terrible!!!

Terrible!! My daughter was meant to do her end year assessment in the 13th. Haven't heard a word from them after many attempts to contact them. Her online portal has never been updated. Paid R5000 for absolutely nothing!!! Now my child has no report for Grade 2!!
