Pay for services you dont get

I enrolled my daughter into brainline, she never received books etc from them, so I had to go to another institution for her to complete her studies.<br> <br> Brainline then promptly put me on itc even though I told their collection lot that I hadn't received anything from them. I am paying the money back but their collection crowd prosperitas refuse to assist in any way and told me I should get my lawyer to sort it out!!!!!<br> <br> Biggest mistake I ever made in life was getting involved with this bunch!!!! Very unhappy
