We enrolled our daughter for home schooling with Brainline. She is supposed to start school tomorrow (25 January 2021.) We are still not ready for school tomorrow. Please take note that fees was paid in December IN ADVANCE FOR THE YEAR 2021.

Her class schedule is a mess - she has classes at the same time. We missed the orientation meeting due to the incompetency and lack of reply from Brainline. You are lucky should they answer your emails within 3 days!!! I have been trying to get everything in place and ready since beginning January. It has been 3 weeks - and nothing!! My daughter is now starting school tomorrow with 2 classes at the same time, no books and no idea of what to do. Books were ordered from their supplier, Snapplify, but we are still waiting on an invoice to pay the books!! Nothing is to be found on the portal.

We are new at home schooling and I did an lot of research and am really disappointed in Brainline. Maybe we should have rather gone with Impact after all.....
