BRAINLINE THUMBS DOWN
My daughter is currently in Grade 12 with Brainline. I am very dissatisfied with the lack of communication from some of the subject heads. One subject in particular is a problem area for my daughter. We emailed the subject head SIX days ago, with 2 follow ups and have yet to receive a response to any of our emails.
On more than one occasion I have been on hold for so long at the call centre I have given up.
I'm not receive the service I was promised and have PAID for upfront.

23 May 2019, 13:18I'm very happy to advise that the issues have been resolved. Karen from Brainline very patiently spent over an hour on the phone, explaining the system to me. We identified a couple of areas where the problems were, in fact, on our side. Thanks so much Karen, I feel far better equipped now and look forward to working with Brainline going forward.
