BRAINLINE NOT VERY BRAINIE

I registered my daughter paid the money got the new years password and it does not work. call BL 100 times no help, emailed them no help, went to see them with the laptop and they could not get the password to work but still tell me the problem is on our side and we must uninstall and try again. the school year has now started and my child cant learn.
