I am a single parent who works full time and has co-mobilities, during the pandemic I wanted both my son and myself to be safe as i was working from home and he could attend an online school. I was not looking to home school my child I wanted him to attend class online. I was told yes brainline is a cloud school and wow I was happy. I registered and paid. Then BOOM there is only 1 lesson a week I have to activly teach my child not monitor the process. I have to mark the work *** this is not what im paying for not when there are programs the cost the same and have online lessons daily. HECk worksheet cloud id R130 per month and they are doing much better, we are in cycle 4 WHERE IS THE MATERIAL THAT WE ARE SUPPOSED TO USE FOR REVISION. you cant even take the time out to upload reveision material you just write revision. I decided to call and was told a grade something will get back to you ITS BEEN 3 DAYS and I am sitting at work fraustrated because my work is getting left behind because I have to teach my child so he doesnt get left behind.
