I took an IQ test and had to pay a minimal fee to receive the results. However, without my knowledge, a further more sizeable amount was deducted from my bank account for a subscription fee that I had not authorised. After contacting the company, I was informed that they were unable to refund me because the subscription had given me access to services I had not requested!
