MISMANAGEMENT, UNPROFESSIONAL and EMPT PROMISES

We initially entrusted Brahma Bull Projects with our renovation project, which began on a good note but quickly as it started it deteriorated:

We assigned them the task after purchasing an old house for investment purposes. Despite having paid 98% of the total costs, the project remains only halfway complete. Unexpected requests for additional funds emerged along the way, despite not being initially communicated. We raised this issue, and it was acknowledged. Contrary to the clear terms of the contract, we were informed that certain aspects were not covered, necessitating extra payments, such as for Dulux paint. Detailed work schedules were never provided, requiring us to follow up daily, only to receive empty promises and vague reassurances. Tilers were brought in prematurely, leading to broken tiles as essential groundwork like wall, plumbing, and electrical work remained incomplete. Although the project was slated for completion by May 1st, ongoing delays fueled by vague promises cast doubt on meeting this deadline, despite having fulfilled our financial obligations. Plumbing overhaul progress stands at 30%, with no apparent material or plumber issues, yet galvanized pipes remain. Electrical overhauling has reached 40%, but outdated components like the 1920s DB Board persist. Plumbing progress lags at 30%, leaving us far from completion. We feel misled and shuffled around, with unfami**** individuals entering our property without consent for marketing purposes, posing safety risks and potentially breaching regulations. Confronting them results in dismissive responses, including accusations of anger issues, while they evade accountability for their failures. Safety concerns mount due to exposed electrical wires and non-functional toilets and bathrooms. Despite our attempts at polite cooperation and numerous opportunities for resolution, we continue to be manipulated. We are treated condescendingly, as though we lack understanding, while they portray themselves as the knowledgeable party. Our hard-earned money has been taken, yet the work remains far from the expected and agreed standard.
