**** Building Contractor

Stay away from these contractors. These guys are ****mers. We had the same experience as the other complaints, a very good start, progress was happening but the demands also kept coming. Pay me now, send me POP, the main Manager we dealt with Musa is the pushy one, constantly making payment demands. “I have the cement guys coming at 2 pm, send me POP”, it was a constant. By week four it was clear not much else was getting done. Then there is no communication at all, guys are just not pitching up to the site, no work is being carried out and when you ask what is going on, there is absolute silence. Do not even entertain this contractor, he will sign any document because he knows that the company is in his wife’s name and he has no consequences to him personally. He is probably going to just buy another shelf company and operate in the exact same manner. He is going to destroy your property (you think he will make good when he is done and he knows he has no intention of finishing the job). This company are absolute ****mers, no integrity, will not get the job done, don’t pay their service providers, the rubble removal guy came asking us for money, the toilet hire guys removed toilets off 8 sites due to non payment by Brahma Bull. Stay away from them, their offices are in the South but they operating in the Centurion/Pretoria area ****ming everyone here.

We have reported them to the NHBRC but feedback from NHBRC is that they have no jurisdiction over home improvement projects, only new developments.
