Disappointment

<p>I booked for my wedding in April 2018, paid a deposit to secure the date. Their own contract stated that if cancelled 12 months or more in adavnce, there will be a 100% refund. On 1 March I requested a refund due to the food tasting not being to my satisfaction. They totally ignored me for the majority of my attempt to communicate with them regarding my refund as per policy. Each time I called, I got a different excuse. I got empty promises on the odd occassion that they did respond. </p> <p> </p> <p>They are very quick to take the deposit and payments from their customers but are less than ethical when it comes to integrity and keeping their part of their own contracts. I would not recommend going with this venue for your wedding - it's a special occassion which can be ruined by people who don't value anything except their own profits.</p>
