Lack of clinic service

I would like to lay a complaint about Braelyn Clinic it's in the Eastern Cape in East London, I brought my two months old baby for check up (16.09.2020), I arrived there at 08:54 but now it's 10:53 and still nobody has attend us and I watch other people who came after me come and go mind you ever since this Corona Saga nobody is allowed inside the clinic unless they call your name, we've been outside since morning it was still chilly at then now it's hot we have no cool place to sit on we not even provided chairs nothing and the funny thing is that all the nurses are on duty but still they are slow, my son even catch a flu because we've been standing outside since morning.
