Zero service from Bradlows

I am hugely disappointed that it has been two months since I lodged a product complaint with Bradlows without any feedback from the furniture group. I bought a sleepmasters bed last year and the bed is in a state that no quality bed should be at this stage. This lack of service will make sure I don't walk into this store in future!!!
