I have an account with Bradlows which is up to date, and has never been in arrears. This morning on the 14 of May 2020 a lady from Connect Debt Collectors phoned me to say I must pay my account, and she indicated that her company has been instructed by Bradlows. When I tried to explain that I had never failed to pay my account and there is a debit order that I arranged with my bank every month towards my account , and I wanted to get her name she became rude and drop the phone on my ear. My account with Bradlows will be fully paid in the next 5 months or so.
