wrong item delivered

<p>I ordered a bed at Bradlows last week , I paid cash and it was delivered on Saturday. However it was not what I have ordered not even close. I PHONED and told them that I am not happy with the stuff delivered. They insisted that it is the correct bed. They said that I maybe confused. What the hell is that? What kind of people do you employ. I know what I have ordered this ugly thing they delivered I wouldnt have bought it even if it was a R100. I,do not appreciate when someone, anyone insults my intelligence like that!!! They better give me my money back or give me what I have ordered OR I WILL SHOW THEM WHAT CONFUSED MEANS!!!! THEY BETTER!!</p>
