Wrong goods delivered

I bought a 3 piece leather suit in January 2015 they delivered 2 seater cloth couch instead of leather and i called them they said they will deliver the correct one to date im still waiting for them to deliver,i called daily to make follow ups and they kept giving empty promises and their call center agents are very RUDE i then went to the branch they said they are aware of my problem but still not doing anything.PLEASE HELP PETER I'M FRUSTRATED.
