Wrong delivery

I purchased the bed in February worth R9540.96 in bronkhorstspruit Bradlows,my sales man is Stoffvel Motshweni .on the day of delivery they delivered a wrong bed and Stoffvel kept promising me lairs even this day, now yesterday i was called by precious apparently she's from Bradlows warehouse telling me they'll only be able to replace the mattress only not the base , and my biggest worry is August its my last installment and the bed is still sealed never being used .
