Wrong bed delivered

<p>I ordered a bed at Bradlows on the 18th Nov. It was delivered on Sat. However it was not the bed that I have ordered, not even close. I called them , they denied it of course trying to make me think I am confused. I know what I saw and ordered. I need my refund now. They asking me to get bank statements and all that! I am very sick at the moment and cannot sleep on the floor for same such a long time. It was not even my fault. Why should I suffer?? I need my money back so that I can go buy somewhere else! Why am I being abused here??? </p>
