WRITE A REVIEW Review of Morkels and Bradlows J Jemaine 3 reviews | Active since Apr 2023 09 Oct 2024 at 22:45 Dissatisfied customer I purchased a brand new sofa from bradlows on the 22nd of August 2024 , on the 10th day after delivery we noticed 2 small scratches on the sofa , we did not sit on the sofa nor do we have pets or kids that could of made that scratch unfortunately we did not take pictures when they delivered, when i went back to complain they wanted pictures of the scratches to lay a complaint with the manufacturer, they sent guys to collect the sofa n did not tell us that we were liable for damages we went on the assumption that they will repair it because we still have warranty , only to find out that they expecting us to pay for damages with the 7day return policy , the scratches are small cant be seen with naked eye ©
