Worst store ever. Debiting on wrong dates

I have bought a dining room set cash at bradlows in 2015 and not all pieces were delivered I went to complain but nothing was done about it. I also have bought a bed with but this time with their account then had some financial issues and made arrangements for them to debit every last day of the month but this flippin people keep in debiting on the dates that are wrong which keeps on affecting my cheque account due to return debits. They have just debited now and it bounced of which funds will be in the account on Monday. I'm so so angry I want nothing to do with this store ever again. When you call their call centre you cant even get help.
