WORST SERVICE EVER BRADLOWS

We bought a Expensive Lounge suite on 30.10.2022 CASH from the Boksburg store. On 1/8/2023 my Husband went to the store to report that the 2seater decliner is not working and the seat is sagging. We did not heard anything from the store for assistance. My husband went back to the store they say 7to 14 days........on Saturday 19/8/2023 we went back for we still haven't heard anything. No constant help. Today I had to phone the store again for an update. They dont phone you. Now saying they will try for Wednesday. Really R33 000 later and I sit with **** in my house and NO SERVICE. STAR RATING SHOULD SHOW 0 for there is NO SERVICE
