Worst service ever

I bought a Highsense washing machine from Bradlows the machine has been giving me problems and i reported it to the store on the 9th of September 2021. I have been calling every day to find out whrn they will come and fix it everyday i get an excuse. When i contacted headoffice today they said the call was only logged on the 16th of September 2021. This is a week later while i was sitting with excuses each day that the call was logged on the 9th of September 2021. I regret the day i ever bought anything from Bradlows i am sick and tired of their excuses. I want them to take back the machine anf give me another one as i am paying alot of money for a machine that is not working. The worst service ever. Never again will i do business with Bradlows.
