worst service ever

i opened an account at Bradlows in Claremont. Signed all documents and was told that the furniture would be delivered. I had to follow up for it to be delivered. On the documents that i signed i agreed to debit order of month end. On the 15th December my account was debited. When i contacted the store i was told that sms was sent with a link that stipulates that and i asked them was that explained at the store ? No it was not when i received the sms i had no connectivity to check what it stated and i thought it was just the marketing sms sent from stores. the Consultant i spoke to advised that i will get a refund by monday. Today i called and followed spoke to another consultant that was just not interested in assisting kept telling me about the sms which i asked her was that explained to me when i opened the account. No apparently it is what is done in December but no one explained that to me. for me to get a refund it will take days and there is documents that i need to send before that is done. I am ****ed at the following: 1. my account debited on the wrong date without my permission 2. lack of information explained prior 3. staff that are just not interested in resolving this 4. if i agreed to month end debit order there should be no exception whether its December or Jan.

worst service ever, i will be closing my account i cannot be dealing with such.
