Worst service ever

We brought a leather corner couch in 2018, it started cracking in January 2020 and we reported at their 2 stores. They only came to collect it in July, after months of calling and going to stores, with no communication, they didn't even tell us we have to pay and how much we must pay. We kept doing followup but not getting any help. We kept going to stores but getting different stories always. They brought back 4 pieces of the couch, 2 incorrect ones and a missing piece. I will never buy from Bradlows ever again, they don't respect their customers
