Worst service ever!

I wish I had seen all these terrible reviews before buying from Bradlows. I bought a 50 inch smart tv from Bradlows Eyethu Mall less than two months ago and the tv has frozen, apparently it needs a software update. Bradlows is sending me from pillar to post and says they can only send a technician after 14 WORKING days! The sale took less than an hour but now that they sold me a faulty tv, they are nowhere to be found!
