Worst service ever

I bought 2 items online, received an SMS that they will come and deliver in 2 days but they didn't show up and they didn't even bother to notify me that there are changes on the delivery date. I tried tracking my order and only to find that it's still on the first dot and says that my order was successfully placed. I am so disappointed at this store yoh!!!! I would never recommend it to anyone :(
