Worst service ever

The worst service experienced in my life. The Thorntree branch manager John and his sales man Phillip have made my experience with bradlows the worst ever. I bought a bed and other things there in December in Jan the bed was already making funny sounds. Reported to the store went there more than 5 times and still waiting to have my bed changed. Head office called to say that they have credit me but there store is not even lifting a finger to assist me with giving me a new bed. The manager is a lier too, my things were delivered after 2-3 weeks later he promised to send an apology gift coutersy of the store but everytime i go to there store I am told that the will deliver nextweek. I dont know how he became a manager.
