Worst service EVER

<p>I have had the worst experience from morkels/bradlows EVER. The manager is absolutely RUDE and hangs up on her customers and is no help whatsoever. Bought a lounge suite from them a year ago and I have had nothing but problems since. The lounge suite is of very poor quality and has been sent back for repairs FOUR times and they still refuse to refund my money. What ever happened to the consumer act???? If you are not satisfied with a product or if it is of poor quality you are entitled to a full refund... I still have had no response from either the manage of the branch or head office which I have contacted a few times in the last week. Nothing. Absolutely appalling customer service..... </p>
