Worst Service - Bradlows Midrand/Bradlows

Bought recliner couch at Bradlows Midrand. Recliner faulty. Have been struggling for 2 months for warehouse to come pick up the goods. Spoken to all employees at branch but no one comes to the party. Warehouse phoned 3 times to arrange pick up but no one arrived. This is totally unacceptable.
