Worst service

I purchased two beds at Attlyn Bradlows. Upon using one of the bed, we noticed that the other bed started making noise whenever u sleep on it, this was before three months of purchase. I lodged a complain with Bradlows and they told me that they will change the bed. I told them not to replace the bed but requested an upgrade. I paid an additional cost R2295 on 22 September for an upgrade. Bradlows promised to deliver a new bed. After a month I went back to the store at Attlyn to enquire why my bed was not delivered because they are not communicating at all. I spoke to Zodwa who lodged a complain ( ***). I told Zodwa that they must give me a refund of R6294,95 since they didn't honour their promise of delivering the bed. Even today there is no refund, they don't even communicate, when I call them they tell me that the query is still in process. Worst service at it's best. I wouldn't recommend this supplier to anyone
