Worst service

<p>Furniture was bought wiht retrenchment insurance taken out. Even after retrenchment letter(form the CCMA) had been submitted to the store, the store went ahead and handed over the account to it's attorneys who went on to threaten to come and reposess the furniture. </p> <p> </p> <p>What is the use of paying this so-called insurance and still having lawyers call you to threaten to repossess your belongings?!!! JD group and Morkels have proven to be a bunch of ******! After paying almost R12000 of R20 000 account, they have the audacity to hand-over an account and ignore a retrenchment letter from the CCMA.</p> <p> </p> <p>I can safely say that, I will NEVER EVER be doing business with this company in the future.</p>
