Worst Pathetic service ever, 6 months no resolution.

5 to almost 6 months to repair damaged couches. Between Feb and March I made a complaint of torn couches with sub standard material. After lots and lots of calls and months and months the couches were Collected. Now it’s over 5 weeks since the couches were picked up, still no response. Who do I really have to speak to, to know what’s happening at bradlows. Since the call centre is useless and they never know anything. I mean anything.
