Worst Online experience and *********** company!

Wish I could give Bradlows a minus 5. Ordered a desk chair on the 6th of August, was promised delivery within 10 days. I thougt okay that is fine, no rush to get the chair. After numerous calls and lines just ringing, they finally decided to answer calls on the 25th of August! "Sorry sir the chair you've orderd is not in stock". Absolutely ridicilous, no where on the site it said the chair is out of stock. I decided okay, going to cancel my online order! What a joke this process is, emailed them on the 28th of August and followed up a further 5 times. Still no response! Bradlows are the absolute worse when it comes to online orders, I won't leave this matter here. Be careful before ordering something through their online site! *********** staff I give you a 5 star for that!
