WORST EXPERIANCE EVER THANKS BRADLOWS

WORST EXPERIANCE EVER BUYING FROM A COMPANY EVER, bought a couch set online,tuesday,wedensday got sms it will be delivered friday,friday came and went on which i phoned twice with no usefull info or help from customer care. monday i went into the shop to try and get some assistance after i tried to phone how many times to get help .in which the shop atleast tried to do what they could as the online and instore work separately,only to have to phone again this morning tuesday with no joy or update and completely unhelpfull and unexperianced or jsut doesnt want to assit personel on the phone telling me that even if i cancell a refund would take 7 to 14 days after a whole week was all ready wasted,completely usatisfied with the whole experiance and would not recommend anyone to buy from them especially online @BRADLOWS
