WORST DELIVERY SERVICE, NEGLIGENCE AND DISGUSTING ATTITUDE

<p>I recently bought a double door fridge from Bradlows in Mokopane for delivery in Durban. The staff in Mokopane were excellent in their service and ensuring my satisfaction. However after my purchase had been handed over to the Durban warehouse for delivery my worst nightmare began. Firstly I was contacted by the warehouse people to tell me that my delivery would be made on Friday the 03rd February 2017. At around 11am the delivery fellow called me to let me know that he was on his way. I then had to cancell all my meetings for the day to go wait for him by my appartment. There I waited till around 3pm where I started calling him to findout what the holdup is. He started ignoring my calls(called him about 8 times). I then got my cousin to come over and wait for him as I had pressing meetings to get to. On my way to my meetings I continued to call him and he finally answered saying "I was lost and are only making my way to your place now". He finally called me at around 17:40 saying he was outside. My cousin went and opened for him. They then unloaded the fridge in the parking bay and left it there with my cousin saying that they can not get it up to the second floor as it was too risky for them and their company "JD GROUP" did not allow them to do so. My cousin tried to plead with them and ultimately called to let me know. I rushed home and tried calling the guy numerous times but he did not respond. Upon my arrival I learnt that they had given my cousin horrible attitude and told him "to be a man and get the fridge up to the 2nd floor" all by himself.</p>
