worst customer service I've ever expireinced

On the 2nd of april I bought a bed @morkels vosloorus worth R5 000 cash, I was told the goods will be drlivered on the 4th of april. On the 4th me and my family waited for the delivery but nothing came through. On the 7th I called in @morkels vosloorus to enquire wat was going on, I was told deliveries can take up to 7 working days. I said ok that's fine. My bed was delivered on the 10th April but it was not the colour we chose @the shop, called in AGAIN to enquire. Explained my situation whereby I was already angry because for the second time I've been let down and I've spent my hard earned money, the lady over the phone by the name of Malebo told me I have an attitude, she won't talk to me, I told her look lady I've spent my money, I have a right to be angry if I'm not satisfied, she hung up the fone on me only to call back and ask to speak to the guys who were delivering the goods. I will never ever buy anything from morkels again if that is the service they give to clients
