Worst customer service ever

Terrible service from Bradlows, my dad bought a bed on higher purchase two years ago and we took out an insurance on it due to loss of job and my dad lost his job last year but they repossessed the bed, and all the insurance we paid is forfeited.. This is horrible customer care and the driver that picked up the bed damaged my property
