worst accounting dep

Ive mad payment on the 17th of January (everything I was behind on)now I received a sms that says they handed me over to dept. collectors!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!your accounting department is as slow as the government!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ive been waiting to speak to a ****ing agent for 7 mins already
