Worse service

I brought couches from Bradlows Protea Glen... They sagging within a year for a R20k worth of couches didn't expect that... I took them back to the shop they were fixed horrible after they came back... I then asked them to come pick them up cause they were worse they did... It's been 5weeks now and I haven't had my couches since then... When I call they telling me all this stories I don't wanna hear...
