Worse Furniture Company Ever!!!

Worse furniture company to deal with! If I was not desperate to purchase items during covid, I would have waited to purchase from another furniture store! I selected eft payment methods from the outset as a form of payment to Bradlows. Every month I paid in full and on due date. The one month that I couldn't pay and made an arrangement to pay, the bull**** started! They handed the account over for an account which was within 30 days to their 20 different debt collectors who auto dail you from 100 different numbers! You say the same thing to all 100 numbers and still they call you. Even after paying and reconfirming payment arrangements, I get sms of arrangements I never made or had in place with ridiculous double amounts and due dates. A bunch of clowns!!! When we want to purchase, they go out of their way with their customer service team and all smiles but the moment you default once, you have their stinking attitude! Wake up Bradlows, treat your customers with respect as without us, you won't even be a business!!
