Who will do the right thing????

I bought furniture from Bradlows 2016 still paying , there were months were I skipped but last year from December I went to the store asked them to debit R2300 and that was done without fail , I have not received even one statement i don't know how far I am with the account Then they have a nerve to call yesterday afternoon and asked as to when can they come to fetch the furniture . Under which grounds they won't answer they are rude they don't get all they paper work in order before calling customers I'm paying but when it's time for my statement the store will say we don't print statement call the call center , you call the call center they say if you're account is in arrears they give you a statement I'm how the hell is one suppose to know how far they are with the account ****** ********
